18 Weeks!!!

Little Wyatt is the size of sweet potato now!                                                   "Your baby has become amazingly mobile passing the hours yawning, hiccuping, rolling, twisting, kicking, punching, sucking and swallowing!"

It amazes me that we are just 2 weeks away from the half way mark!  This pregnancy truly is flying by!  Over the past 2 weeks I have had several "oh my gosh we are having a baby" moments!  When this happens I am just taken over by such an overwhelming emotion of love.  I am so excited and feel so blessed to have a healthy baby boy growing inside of me. I am feeling Wyatt move a lot more each day.  He seems to be pretty active already!  We received the results from the last round of testing and he is 100% healthy!

Wyatt's crib was delivered yesterday.  I can't wait until Chris puts it together!  The other pieces will be shipped out next week.  We also purchased a "mommy-car" yesterday!  I was definitely ready to say good-bye to the bug!  We now have a silver Trailblazer which I love!

It just amazes me how already we are getting things taken care of to prepare for little Wyatt. Setting up the nursery, getting a bigger car, arranging insurance, and I could go on and on.  We talk about things in the future and it is already natural to include Wyatt in those plans.  I feel so fortunate and blessed to have the life that I do.  My family and friends are amazing and there is no way I could ask for a better husband.  I don't know if it is pregnancy hormones or just the fact that I have looked forward to this life-changing event since I was a young girl, but I have turned into even more of a sap then usual!  Walking up from checking the mail the other day I was just looking at our house and the horses in the pasture and I just started crying because I am so happy.  I am 26 years old, have a husband who loves me more then anything, a perfect home, and a healthy little boy on the way.  I thank God daily for all my blessings.
