Happy Easter everyone! Thank you Jesus for paying the ultimate sacrifice!
Hard to believe that this time next year we will be taking our little one to get their first picture with the Easter Bunny done! So exciting!!!!
I have been feeling wonderful lately. Other then being extremely tired that is. Poor Chris has had to fend for himself for dinner a lot lately! Over the past week a lot of my clothes have become pretty snug. Mom and I went shopping last weekend for some clothes and new bras. It's so exciting to see my body changing. It reminds me that all of this is really happening. Our next appointment is on May 9th. I can't wait! I want to hear that little heart beat again!
Hard to believe that we are already 10 weeks! It has flown by so far. I hope it continues to....I want June to get here so that we can find out if we are having a little Chris or a little Sara! :o) Our little one finally looks like a human....no more tail! :o) Hopefully we will have some new pictures in a few weeks!
This blog first started off as a way to share our journey into parenthood. Thankfully it did not take long and we are now parents to a beautiful little boy. We will continue this blog as a way to share all of Wyatt's awesomeness and all the exciting things that go on in our lives. Enjoy!

The Ugly Truth Part 1
So I feel like I have already learned so many things that I never realized happened so early in pregnancy in the short 9 weeks that I have been pregnant! I have had several of my friends ask me what is something that is going on with my body that I didn't expect. So I decided to start an ugly truth post that I will continue throughout my pregnancy. Just a warning that it may contain some very personal, TMI information. So basically if if you can't handle talking about certain body parts, body secretions, fecal matter, or anything of that nature you may want to skip over this post! Just sayin! :)
* Boobs: HOLY BOOBAGE! So I knew that your breats obviously grow in pregnancy, I just didn't realize that it happens pretty early in the pregnancy. BP (before pregnancy) I was a good size C-cup. I just told Chris this week that I already need new bras! They have gotten too small! I'm really scared to see what they look like after I have the little peanut and my milk comes in.........
* Baby Bump- here today.....gone tomorrow. So I wake up one morning and think wow....I think I already might see a little bump. Then by the end of the day, it's gone. Gotta love bloating! At least I no longer have a reason to have to suck in my stomach!
* Food- So I am pretty much hungry all the time. I can't eat a lot at one time, but I want to eat every 45 minutes or so! I was nervous when I went and got blood work done to see if I had gained any weight.....Nope....in fact I lost 2 lbs! This just gives me an excuse to eat more. :o)
* I have learned that most women become pretty familiar with that ugly C word that makes us feel horrible.....CONSTIPATION! I think I jinxed my self at my appointment on the 4th because my OB asked me if I had experienced this at all. My reply was no way....I'm a pretty regular gal when it comes to that. 2 days later I was miserable! Thankfully I have only experienced this 2 times, althought from what I have read I should expect it to happen a lot more often.
* Morning sickness- Thankfully I seemed to have gotten the same trait that my mom and sister had so I'm missing out on the morning sickness. THANK GOODNESS! I had a few queasy moments early on, but they weren't anything to bad and have since past.

100% in Love!!!
We got to see our little peanut today on our 2 year anniversary! I don't even know if I can describe the emotions that we experienced during that time. We could instantly see our little baby on the screen. Right away I noticed a strong fluttering in the center- the heart beat. I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I didn't realize how nervous I was that something was going to be wrong. It was amazing to see it's little head and body. You could clearly see the brain already starting to form. When we got to hear the heart beat is the moment that I think we both got teary-eyed. It was AMAZING! I mean I knew that I had this little baby inside of me, but to actually SEE it made it feel completely different. I could have sat there all day watching and listening. I keep finding myself looking at the 4 pictures we brought home. This was the best anniversary gift ever. November seems so far away, but I know that it will fly by. Our next appointment is May 9th. Can't wait to hear that little heart again!
I have been feeling pretty good. Have had a few queasy moments, but nothing too bad. We choose to announce to the world (AKA Facebook! lol) tonight. Needless to say I have gotten over 60 comments on my status! I love sharing our little peanut with everyone! Now come on June so we can find out whether we have a little boy or a little girl!
