Beginning Our Journey

I have wanted to be a mom since I was a little girl.  It seems surreal that that childhood dream is hopefully on the verge of coming true.  I'm creating this blog to keep track of this exciting journey that we are embarking on.  I don't want to forget a single step of it.  This is my first time blogging so we will see how this goes.

Here is some background info incase some other then myself and family is reading this:

My name is Sara and I'm 26 years old.  I teach kindergarten and love my job.  On April 4, 2009 I married the most amazing man in the world, Chris.  He truly is my bestfriend and I am blessed to have such a loving husband.  He is a full time rancher and works on his family ranch.  What is a rancher you might ask?  Basically he is a real life cowboy.  He rides horses, works cattle, breeds cattle, builds fences, grows/cuts hay, and the list goes on.  He loves his job and we spend a lot of time out on the ranch.  We live in a very small town in Florida.  We have been together a total of 5 years. 

We always knew we wanted children, but wanted to have some quality time together as a married couple.  We decided last summer that it was game on in 2011! :o)  So let the journey begin!
